Youth Tech - Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Eligibility
- Return/exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
- Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase (order number/receipt).
2. How to Initiate

- Order number
- Photos of the product(s)
- Reason for return/exchange
- Authorization: We’ll provide a Return Authorization Code and instructions.
- Ship Back: Send the item(s) to our center using a tracked shipping method.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- Customer covers return shipping unless the item is:
- Faulty (defective/wrong item received).
- Damaged during transit (report within 48 hours of delivery).
4. Processing Time
- Refunds: Issued within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
- Exchanges: New item shipped within 3 business days of approval.
5. Warranty Claims
- For 18-month warranty coverage (manufacturing defects):

6. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened earbuds/headphones (hygiene reasons).
- Activated software/licensed products.
