1. Introduction

Welcome to Youth Tech! These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website ( youth-tech.store ) and purchases. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders & Payment

• Pricing: All prices are in EGP (VAT included). Prices may change without notice.
• Payment Methods:  
  ✔ Cash on Delivery (COD)  
  ✔ InstaPay  
  ✔ Vodafone Cash
• Order Confirmation: Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery Areas: Nationwide coverage in Egypt.
• Delivery Time:
  • Standard: 3-5 business days (main cities)
  • Express: 1-2 business days (+50 EGP fee)
• Tracking: Track your order at  youth-tech.store/orders/tracking

4. Returns & Exchanges

• Eligibility:
  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
• Process:
  1. Email  [email protected]   for a Return Authorization Code.
  2. Ship the item to our center (tracking required).
• Refunds: Processed within 5 business days after inspection.

5. Product Authenticity

• All products are 100% genuine and sourced from authorized suppliers (Anker, Soundcore, Baseus, etc.).

6. Warranty

• 18-month warranty against manufacturing defects, facilitated by Etisal.
• For claims, contact Etisal directly with your Youth Tech purchase receipt.

7. Limitation of Liability

Youth Tech is not liable for:

• Product misuse or damage.
• Delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.
