Youth Tech - Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
• Orders placed before 2 PM EET are shipped the same day (excluding weekends/holidays).

2. Shipping Options

a) Standard Shipping

• Delivery Time: 3-5 business days (major cities).
• Cost: FREE for orders over 2000 EGP | 50/80 EGP for orders below 2000 EGP.

b) Express Shipping

• Delivery Time: 1-2 business days (Cairo, Alexandria, Giza).
• Cost: 200 EGP (additional to order total).

3. Delivery Areas

• Nationwide Coverage: All Egyptian governorates.
• Remote Areas: Delivery may take 5-7 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order

• Receive a tracking number via SMS/email once shipped.
• Track in real-time:  youth-tech.store/orders/tracking

5. Shipping Fees & Taxes

• All prices include VAT.

6. Delivery Process

• Signature Required: Recipient must sign upon delivery.
• Inspection: Check packages for damage before signing. Report issues within 48 hours.
• Failed Delivery: Two delivery attempts. Afterward, collect from the nearest courier hub.

7. International Shipping

• Currently available only within Egypt.
